Neidan Pants

1. Custom Production & Delivery

Each pair of pants is individually tailored according to your measurements. Production begins only after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Due to the custom nature of our products, we maintain high quality standards throughout the crafting process.

2. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Since all Neidan Pants are custom-tailored to your individual measurements and color preferences, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after production has begun.

We encourage you to carefully check all measurements and color selections before completing your order.

3. Ordering Process

• Select your desired quantity and colors
• Provide accurate body measurements
• Enter shipping information
• Accept these terms of use
• Complete payment through our secure payment provider

Your order is binding once payment is confirmed. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation.

4. Shipping & International Delivery

We ship worldwide via standard postal service. Delivery typically takes:

• EU countries: 5-10 business days after dispatch
• Non-EU countries: 10-20 business days after dispatch
• Remote locations: up to 30 business days after dispatch

We are not responsible for delays, additional fees, or non-delivery due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees in your country
• Local postal service delays or failures
• Refused acceptance or unclaimed packages

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes. These are not included in our prices.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT according to Austrian tax law. Shipping is free worldwide.

Payment is processed securely through Revolut. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.

The total price includes all materials, custom tailoring, and worldwide shipping.

6. Warranty & Quality

We guarantee the quality of materials and craftsmanship. The legal warranty period of 2 years applies according to Austrian consumer protection law.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use or care.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data (name, address, measurements) solely for order fulfillment. Your data is transmitted securely and stored according to GDPR requirements.

Payment data is processed directly by our payment provider Revolut and is not stored by us.

We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary for order fulfillment (shipping service).

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This limitation does not apply to personal injury or legally mandatory liability.

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, shipping providers, or customs procedures.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, the jurisdiction is determined according to legal regulations. For businesses, the exclusive jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
